Create work orders for shop production.
Prepare Shippers / BOLS for deliveries and will calls.
Office Word, Excel Spreadsheets Maintain various Recaps Sheets or Logs when required.
Assisting the General manager, Production manager, Inside Sales manager and Inventory control coordinator.
Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve any project goal.
Motivated and Dependable with excellent communications skills.
Attention to Detail.
Speak with customers and coordinate production and shipping schedules.
Office Filing and Prepare Labels Experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, roll-forming, and accounting a plus.
