Job Description:
The sales associate position is a full time entry to mid level in-house position that directly reports to the sales & marketing VP.
You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, converting leads in to customers, proactively prospecting for new customers and creating / growing a client portfolio.
You will work in a team of associates, each responsible for growing sales in multiple channels.
We prefer candidates that are out going, detailed oriented, personable and a self-starter.
Candidates that can quickly and profitably close sales while keeping good customer relations will be highly preferred.
Job Tasks:
Introductory & follow up sales calls Prospect and target key new customers Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability Order processing both online and over the phone Sales presentations, projections and meetings Contact, follow up and convert Hot Sales Leads Introduce new products and programs to client portfolio Prospect for new customers Proactively manage your schedule, leads pipeline, and portfolio in order to meet milestones and quarterly objectives Deliver new revenue every month (both with new customers and up-sells ) Track relevant qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce
Qualifications:
2 - 4 yr.
college degree in a related field, preferably Business.
1- 2 years sales experience Computer literate in MS Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word Ability to handle sensitive information with highest level of integrity Strong analytical skills and ability Ability to work independently or in a team setting Must be eligible to work in the United States Preferred Skills /
