Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative works with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Core Duties &
Responsibilities:
Answering customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
Communicating with the shipping department regarding orders, delivery information, and status of orders.
Accurately entering and maintaining records and data.
Maintaining a clean, neat work area.
Working cooperatively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on-time.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to job description, service standards, policy and procedure questions, customer relations questions, etc.
Providing a high level of professional courtesy to all customers you come in contact with.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or other related fields preferred but not required.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone, live chat or email with customers.
