We are hiring in Commerce, Pomona and Sherman Oaks.
Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in worker compensation.
Familiar with EAMS/WCAB, DORs filing, PQME evaluation Minimum 1 year experience MS Office Experience with Case Management Software Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Excellent grammar and communication skills Job Duties (include but not limited to) Process new files from Intake Assist handling attorney from beginning of case to settlement Act as first contact to applicant, insurance, and medicals on case Filing and Serving Workers Compensation Documents Manage applicants' treatment including obtaining medical records, scheduling medical appointments, requesting doctor panels, scheduling AME/PQMEs Prepare Pre-Trial Conference Statements, settlement documents and Trial exhibits in advance of hearings and depositions as applicable.
