Our Customer Service Associates assist customers throughout every stage of their product purchase and ensure that they find the perfect fit for their needs.

We work closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services within sales demands.

Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and improve sales margins Confidently provide advice to customers regarding product features, sales promotions, and company history Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for the client's brand and policies Developing authentic relationships with consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxury experience Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and product delivery Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue Gather new sales tactics by attending networking and working events What Do We Look For In A Customer Service Associate? Someone with experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or retail Someone who operates with a high degree of ethics and integrity Someone who can work successfully as part of a team and independently Someone eager to learn and make a difference Someone who can overturn objections and has a proven track record of closing sales Customer Service Associate
