CorTech is seeking to hire a Assembler I for our client in Pomona, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.
79/Hour Shift:
1st shift Start Time (AM/PM) 6:
00am End Time (AM/PM) 2:
30pm This position is Non Exempt.
Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
Perform mechanical or printed board assembly or disassembly.
Collect data on daily status/yields; perform rework of printed circuit boards.
Set up and shut down equipment, this may include minor operator calibrations.
Maintain clean work area.
Ability to speak and read English.
Perform simple procedures on PC such as retrieving files, enter data, saving files.
Understand GMP and FDA regulations as they pertain to assembly.
No experience necessary.
Primary Function This role will be responsible for a variety of assembly and non-assembly functions in support of manufacturing goals.
Job Duties- Operates equipment used to manufacture products.
Assembles, checks and inspects products against departmental procedures.
Responsible for recognizing product or equipment problems that arise during the mfg.
process and escalating to Line Lead or Supervisor.
May be required to assist with the set-up and the clean-up of mfg.
equipment.
Active participation in Lean Initiatives.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/ external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job.
Has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including product design, verification and validation, manufacturing and testing activities.
Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation and effectiveness of Quality Management System per ISO, FDA, and other regulatory agencies.
Perform other duties and projects, as assigned.
