- Perform general office duties, such as typing, transcribing, and filing documents - Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory records - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors - Assist with basic office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing Skills:
- Proficient in typing and data entry - Knowledge of office procedures and equipment - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Strong organizational skills for managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Friendly and professional demeanor at all times If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.
