Duties - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems - Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide general administrative support to office staff Requirements - Previous experience in a clerical or office assistant role preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in data entry and proofreading - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience with order entry systems is a plus Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
