Our company is looking for an office assistant to assist our facility including but not limited to general office work, making bill of ladings, sending invoices, printing labels, inventories, manage production sheet, receiving products, prepping for deliveries and manage food safety logs.
Our ideal candidate is someone that is interested in food processing / manufacturing industry or agriculture industry.
Experienced in food safety, understands the process of food processing, QuickBooks, invoicing, and shipping.
We are also looking for something who is extremely organized, and detail oriented as these are key traits for success in shipping pre-booked orders.
The candidate must be computer literate and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities Data entry on QuickBooks and excel sheets.
Making bill of ladings for delivery, creating invoices and sending invoices to customers.
Receiving orders and prepping for deliveries for drivers.
Keeping up with food safety standards (filling out paperwork and recording logs).
Creating labels for daily production.
Filing paperwork.
Bilingual will be helpful but not necessary (Spanish / Korean).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
