- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
Experience - Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and address their maintenance needs.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and logic controllers.
- Mechanical knowledge to repair and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Welding skills for minor repairs or fabrication work.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Proficient in English for effective communication.
