We are currently seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and driven Permanent Associate Attorney to join our teamThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment, where you will play a critical role in providing legal services to our clientsThe ideal candidate will have substantial experience in personal injury, workers compensation, depositions, WCAB hearings, and AME/QME review
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for:
Defending all levels of depositions (witnesses, parties, experts) Professional correspondence is a MUST Negotiations Preparing for and conducting depositions, WCAB hearings, and AME/QME reviews.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent negotiation and public speaking skills.
