We are looking for an individual who will be an addition to our office team.
The ideal candidate for this position would be:
initiative-taking comfortable in interacting with customers, analyzing, and resolving issues and requests.
able to multi-task able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not required.
We need someone who will be able to do the following:
Communicate smoothly with customers and the warehouse team.
Process customer orders and make pick-up/shipping arrangements as needed.
Gather and record detailed information about customer's needs and problems.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns and help in resolving any issues with empathy and patience.
Be knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
Use a computer to do data entry for customer records or other business records.
