Program Manager (PMP a +)

Essential Functions of the Role:
o As required, participate in the response to Requests for Proposals
o Lead the review and negotiation of customer product requirements and project contractual obligations
o Program/Project Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control
o Establish and maintain program budgetary control
o Serve as the primary point of contact with customers during product development
o As assigned. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
o Executive level program reporting
o Problem solving and decision-making to meet program and company goals and objectives
o Customer relationship management
o Other duties as requested by management.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
o Support business development in analyzing customer requirements and shaping new opportunities
o Manage the capture & preparation of technical solutions and related estimates for new business opportunities
o Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering & manufacturing team in the planning, execution and control of product development programs from initiation to close
o Coordinate the transfer of new products into manufacturing for assigned programs
o Lead Technical Interchange Meetings with customer and engineering team
o Identify, track, monitors and escalate project-related risks, issues, scope changes, variances and resource conflicts that may arise during the execution of a project
o Maintain effective communication and working relationships with external customers and project team members in a cross functional organization
o Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and executive level project status presentations for the company executive team and customer
o Organizes and conducts program team meetings
Minor Duties and Responsibilities:
o Work with Purchasing for the procurement of project related material
o Work with manufacturing for the transition of products into production
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Competencies:
o Good computer skills using various software programs (Microsoft Office suite, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint PLM system, ERP/MRP system)
o Knowledge of & experience in airborne product FAA certification process a plus
o Ability to work in a technical engineering and manufacturing environment
o Ability to Prioritize in a fast changing environment
o Ability to develop, lead with influence, motivate and supervise project teams
o Good understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management process
o Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
o BS Degree, Masters preferred
o Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience
o Project Management Professional (PMP) certified a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
