Client Services Associate/CPT1
Looking to hire a full time Client Services Associates.
Ability to maintain good customer relations throughout all communications, while providing a positive, professional and empathetic understanding to all customers.
Ability to create and modify patient orders and demographics by following complex ordering procedure(s) and utilizing multiple ordering systems.
Ability to type 35 wpm and 10 key skills
One year experience in customer service is required.
Intermediate computer skills including internet proficiency
Phlebotomy License is a Plus.
Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.
