Position Summary: The Clinical Quality Value Analysis (CQVA) Manager is responsible for ensuring the strategic vision of PVHMC is supported through evidence based evaluation of clinical supply quality, contract compliance, standardization and supply chain cost containment. CQVA methodologies will focus on maintaining or improving patient safety, quality and clinical operations while reducing overall cost. The CQVA process will require the establishment and adherence to a streamlined method for standardizing and monitoring product/service selection, utilization, and costs. The CQVA Manager will provide clinical expertise that facilitates supply expense management while continuously improving all processes that support patient care. Additionally, act as a resource for maintaining balance between optimal clinical outcomes and supply stewardship. Identifies and presents opportunities for maximizing savings and utilization of resources while improving clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include: Planning and executing Value Analysis Committee(s) (VAC) related activities such as assessing and presenting clinical data, financial matrices, and evidence based literature that supports the evaluation, selection and adoption of products; evaluating the utilization of products, evaluation the clinical efficacy of products through independent research, soliciting clinical feedback from clinicians/physicians, collaborating with process improvement teams, clinical governance committees to ensure all supply initiatives meet or advance patient safety, quality and clinical operations. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications Required Current RN License in good standing with the California Board of Registered Nursing Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.. BLS. Minimum of three years in a clinical setting with progressive responsibility, proven ability to interact with physicians, and experience with the selection of supplies, equipment and services. Possess the leadership skills necessary to mentor and motivate team members. Demonstrated ability to take a lead role in interpreting and applying conflict resolution techniques; Consensus building and problem resolution skills in order to drive consensus and achieve goals. Demonstrates' effective problem solving skills. Must be able to effectively facilitate discussions and make presentations to physician, clinicians, and executive leadership. Ability to plan, organize and implement projects. Knowledge of medical terminology, hospital operations, supplies, equipment and services used in the hospital. Proficiency with computers and computer technology is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Excel, Word and Power Point is required. Enjoys working in a fast pace environment where an emphasis is placed on customer service and creative problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications Master's in Business Administration, Public Health or Supply Chain. Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHP); Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP). Previous experience managing projects managing value analysis or quality management projects. Ability to apply quantitative and qualitative assessment skills while working on cost containment and expense management activities. Present findings to the VAC.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
