Phase III Extended Recovery - Full Time 12 hour Nights Clinical Nurse III BSN Registered Nurse BSN Department Description: The PACU provides immediate post-operative patient care and recovery for patients of all ages in the immediate post-anesthesia period transitioning them to Phase II, the in-patient setting, or to an intensive care setting for continued care.
Patients' vital signs are closely observed and basic life sustaining needs are of the highest priority, requiring constant vigilance during this phase.
Phase II focuses on preparing the patient and their family/significant other for care in the home or an extended care environment.
Extended care is for patients who have met Phase I discharge criteria but require further monitoring and/or interventions.
Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration: o BSN (Bachelors in Nursing) o 2 years of clinical experience in Telemetry required; Critical Care or PACU preferred o Current California RN License o American Heart Association BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications CCRN preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
