Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Team Manager in our Pomona, CA location. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion dollar organization, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities:
Position is specifically for the National Hospitality and Multifamily Renovation Division of the Ferguson Facility Supply business group
Works directly with Sales Team Leads to ensure the volume of work produced meets/exceeds quality standards.
Evaluates and addresses performance of the teams
Develops and maintains relationships with Area Sales Managers and Directors in the field
Addresses and resolves customer complaints
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and services and to provide sales support
Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field Requirements:
3+ years of management experience required, Hospitality and Multifamily Renovations knowledge and experience preferred
Organization and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups
Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Knowledge of FEI's customer relationship management system

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
